  • Every order is carefully prepared and securely packaged to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely.
  • Shipping costs are paid by the customer and are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping method.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

International Orders

• • For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Returns

• • We want you to be happy with your Lumiore piece. If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending it back.
  • Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition, with all original packaging and documentation included.
  • As most of the Lumiore pieces are vintage or pre-owned, subtle signs of age or previous wear may be part of their unique character. Any significant imperfections will be described and shown in the product listing.
